Boundaries

Are appropriate. My sun sign is fire and I have four placements in Virgo to include my Ascendant. Anyone else fortunate to be a fire sign?

As a Sag, I am strong and passionate – some might just perceive it as blunt. I have no fear in sharing my thoughts and beliefs. I am always searching, looking to gain more knowledge.   

I had a conversation recently with a water sign. It is my perception that water signs are emotional and wishy-washy – some might just perceive it as passive aggressive.

In the conversation, I noted that the differences between water and fire are evident. The water sign person thought that my words and actions were ‘confrontational,’ and I, the fire sign, stated that my perception was that a ‘conversation was taking place.’ Which is it?

Backstory: My daughter is a Cancer Sun and Cancer rising. Imagine that all our lives. LOL. We have had our moments but are in the bliss at this time and always will be forever moving forward. Because we have done and continue to do the inner work to heal our own situations.  

The conversation continued with this water sign, which incidentally is not with my daughter, in case you are wondering. We did agree that everything is in constant change. It’s a start.

And as we were finishing up this conversation, what enters my visual arena? An armadillo, which is the symbol for putting up appropriate boundaries. Totally, blew me out the water. When I went to look at my favorite animal totem site, it read: ‘Speak up! Stand your Ground!’ Please, don’t encourage me. LOL.

Again, what really needs saying here is that it really doesn’t matter what your sign is – fire, water, air, earth. If everyone – me, you, he and she – did the inner work to heal situations that have happened, then true conversations could take place.  

Yes, everything is in constant change, but not everything changes. It’s up to you!
