Is awesome. I had been feeling a bit under the weather as of late. You know, my grandson is in daycare and had snots running out of his eyes, poor little guy. Me, a bit of a hack, bronchitis.
Anywho, my go to is Cheerios, milk and sugar. It makes me feel better. I spied the milk in my daughter’s office refrigerator the other day. I hoped it was still good. And a brand-new box of Cheerios was on the counter. It was coming together. Fake sugar would work, but then I thought of a friend upstairs. Sugar it is. I love how the community came together to help me feel better. In the past, I have written about macro and micro – whatever happens at the highest-level dribbles down to the community, or neighborhood, eventually. It is true. What about the opposite occurring? Perhaps, this is how community becomes more than the daily grind. I like the feel of that eutopia. Start small and build with energy. Remember, everything is energy. Here’s a good one: Macro is Destiny and Micro is Free Will. Community these days is so much more – social media brings a slew of people to your front door. I dabbled years ago. It just wasn’t me. Eventually, I dove in with a website, FromTheEthers.com to include a weekly blog, a YouTube Channel, From the Ethers, Instagram, TikTok, both LoriCarterMedium, Twitter and LinkedIn, both Lori Carter. I paid someone to assist for several months. It just wasn’t my voice. Once I really got going with it, I now started receiving messages to talk with people – ‘Hi, good looking’ or ‘Hi, gorgeous’ and I’m thinking nice. These people don’t even know me and are talking to me like I should. I have learned to ignore. My daughter asked recently how I was going to meet someone if I didn’t talk with them. Really? I tried dating sites only to find that most people really didn’t exist. My response always: ‘They know I’m a Spiritualist Medium and they know how to find me.’ I’ve decided that I might chat occasionally if I have time. It might not hurt to become friendly with people who reach out. Perhaps, I can have a community of real friends online. The situation: I won’t be getting cereal there. However, I might just get friendships that are truly desired. Cheerio!!!
