I decided to head to the elections office the other morning to change my party affiliation – I’m in Florida and we have closed primaries. I get that done and head to the coffeehouse to get a chai for myself, another for the office lady (unbeknownst to her) and a coffee for my neighbor.
I’m standing in the parking lot, and I said to myself, ‘OMG, I think I have readings scheduled.’ I forgot to check my calendar. I’m tooling home and sure enough my phone rings at 10:57 a.m. I’m like, ‘Oh, no.’ I apologized and said I would be there momentarily. I arrived and gave my neighbor her coffee. I decided to give the office lady’s chai to my client. Turns out she loves tea, as do I. She said she’s always bringing people tea when she goes into work, and then asked if I have tried bubble tea, mostly at Asian establishments. I said I would look for it. I also said that my confusion with the appointment may have had something to do with my massage last night, which had left my body feeling a bit rough. Turns out she had a massage last night too. Her friend who was to come with her and my second appointment couldn’t make it because her body was sore from doing work in her house. Interesting. One just never knows how the Law of Attraction comes into play. And how we are truly entwined in one another’s life. Incidentally, they had planned this day for nearly two months. I did a phone reading for the second appointment. I really must wonder if on some level the office lady knew I was bringing her chai and then wondered what happened to it. LOL. I will most definitely think of her again. I just want to be nice and uplift people when I get a chance. Bring a surprise. Bring happiness. It doesn’t mean my life is always rose-colored glasses, but I try. And you know sometimes those who want to make a difference, get burned because others only think of themselves. Do nice guys finish last? Only if you think so (Law of Attraction). That woman who brings tea to her colleagues on a regular basis said, ‘It warmed my heart. That was nice’ to receive. I’m sure the office lady would be happy to assist in someone else’s happiness. She knows it comes around, as do I. Bottom line: There’s no such thing as coincidence. OK, it’s a word. Peace
