Is an inside job. It is true. However, at this point and time, I am tired.
I get the feeling that a lot of you are tired as well. It’s the daily grind – working to pay bills only to find those oh so precious moments to spend with family and friends far and few in-between and at times those moments are off the charts.
The dollar just is not stretching like it once did. This is by far not meant to be a political blog. I do catch up on things here and there, not too often though because it’s an inside job, happiness.
Backstory: I took a sociology course more than 20 years ago in college. We had this huge discussion as to why people like you and I do not do anything to make change. It was decided that one of the biggest issues was the daily grind, that people do not have time to revolt so to speak.
These days I wonder what the alignments of the planets are and how this could be affecting my daily life. I can hear some of you saying, ‘I do that or say that.’ Outside influences are huge – news, work, family, government, society, culture, etc.
With a Clairsentient or Empath, chaos is just felt. We all have gifts to some extent. Tuning into this big, wide world is most times not warranted. At times, the emotions of the collective are intense, hard not to feel them.
Living in your own bubble is not wrong. It’s a must to protect yourself from those outside influences.
Best to go with the flow, though, in this thing called life. Make a list of what can help lighten your load and do more of that.
I have this friend and when we chat, we always end up laughing. Laughter surely raises your vibration. Helping others is a happy place for me; on the downside it can be draining if I do too much. The beach is a happy place for me. I download unwanted energies as I walk, but then situations creep in and eventually bring the left brain into the thought process.
Looking at social media, I have worked diligently to raise the views of daily posts. I just want to uplift people, bring people to inner healing. Once I started gaining momentum, say 300 views on each video on average and more on others, it wasn’t long, and I tanked to 110 or a bit more for weeks and weeks. It’s the algorithm alright. Ha.
It’s always been good vs less than good.
Bottom Line: Duality exists in everything you can think of. And yes, we get to choose where we live inside of ourselves. We have good days and less than good days.
If you are having a less than good day, allow it. You get to have those days or moments. Don’t beat yourself up for having those feelings. Allow the feeling to be. Evaluate as to why you are feeling this way. Make a change.
I’m still waiting for nonduality in a lot of ways. Think about it – just being.
P.S. At times, I feel I repeat myself in blogs. It takes varying amounts of exposure to learn a new concept and to accept it into one’s life. This includes me.
