Lost and found

Yes, I’m at it again. During a reading the other day, I was shown an older woman admiring her ring. I said it was a beautiful ring and then asked the client if she had it. She said she had been looking for it.

I focused in on the energy of the ring and had a vision of a wooden set of drawers with several compartments. I said that it could be a dresser of sorts and asked if she had something like it around in her house. She said there was, but could not imagine it being in there since she had looked many times

I told her to look again, because you just never know when Spirit will bring something back. Perhaps this Spirit was admiring the ring again for herself, wanting to wear it for a bit longer. At the end of the reading, I asked the client to call if she found it.

Backstory: Not too long ago a friend of mine was looking for her extra laptop. I had a vision of light-yellow carpeting. We went to her storage facility, and the first thing I saw was the yellow carpeting. I knew it had to be in the area. She gave up. I insisted we go back the next day. I moved a few things and found the laptop. 

It’s not the first time I found something ‘lost.’ Apparently, it’s something that's "up my alley!"  So, the next day after the reading, I received a phone call while on my afternoon walk with my grandson. It was the woman from the reading. She said that the night after the reading, she sat and thought about where the ring could be. She said she remembered that I told her it could reappear at any time. 

​She decided to go look one last time in a jewelry box that had three pullout drawers with many compartments inside. She opened the drawer, and the ring was waiting for her, right on top. She said she had looked there many times, even took everything out of the jewelry box and put items back one by one. She was so pleased, as was I. I thanked Spirit and thanked the client for letting me know. Later she sent me a photograph of the ring.

Even if items are never to be found again, we still have the energy of those items, and their memory, so they are never truly lost. And maybe, just maybe, those items will be replaced with other ones, but we will always be reminded of the originals.

P.S. I’m still hoping that my keychain with four keys comes back around. Do I need it? No! Just wondering where they are and biding my time. I do have sage just in case they reappear!
