The other day I took to my wand, that is my bubble wand, and decided the area around Harmony Hall needed some lighter energy. So, there I was standing near Stevens Street waving my wand when someone I knew drove by.
She looked out her window into the sun as if searching for something. I wondered what she was doing. She asked, ‘Where’s Royce?’ I laughed and said, ‘He’s not here.’ I continued zapping the energy with lightheartedness. I picked up bubbles from an awesome lady in Cassadaga Spiritualist Camp, who is a medium and healer. Everywhere she went she brought bubbles with her. In fact, she gave me a small bottle to share with Royce long ago. Backstory: That woman and her husband, also a medium and healer, stood near Colby Memorial Temple with a large bubble maker. Bubbles made their way up Stevens Street. It wasn’t long before they heard some holler: ‘An Orb.’ They howled so the story goes. If you think about bubbles, not the ones bought in stores, but the ones created by Mother Nature – they are made of two elements, water and air. I interpret that as emotions and movement, so bubbles really do clear the air, like sage. Think about it, blowing bubbles in water tickles; blowing bubbles with gum is fun and at times sticky; blowing bubbles through a straw in a cup filled with liquid. . . At this moment, I have a bubble wand on my front porch locked and loaded. Lighten the mood!
