It’s been a rough eight, nine months. I am a healer. I am also in the student program as a healer at Cassadaga Spiritualist Camp. We have not had hands on healing in services for what seems like forever. I miss it so much that strangers have shared their troubles with me - once while doing laundry and another time at the grocery store.
Yes, a lot of things have changed this past year, but in this instance I have not. I am still a healer. Of course, I have been sending healing energy to the people in this country, to the people in the world. It’s not the same as hands on healing, though. Thank goodness the third installment of the healing class I’ve been taking recently started. In last week’s class, we practiced hands on healing. It felt so good to be a conduit of the healing energy, allowing the energy to flow to the client’s needs. In addition, I have been attending the Healing Meditation Circle from 11 a.m. to noon on Thursdays in the meeting hall of the Andrew Jackson Davis Educational Building. Those who are there send healing energy to people who are on the healing lists – usually a couple hundred names. One time the reverend in charge allowed me to lead the healing meditation. Afterward, a woman approached me and said that my mediation was so healing. Her daughter had just graduated to the higher side of life. We spoke briefly. She filled out a Healing Statement for me. Healing Statements are needed to become a Certified Healer. I was so excited. It felt so good to have made a difference in someone’s life. In that sense, we all have the power to heal – to heal self, friends, relationships, situations, the world, etc. All we really need to do is to set the intention to heal and the universe may conspire to make it happen. Yes, may. One thing that I have learned is that for a healing to truly take place it must be in divine alignment, although in some instances we can will it. I believe things happen for our highest and best, regardless of what we want. As you should know by now, I am a Certified Medium in Cassadaga Spiritualist Camp. Mediums are Healers. We help people who are in need, but in a different way than the laying on of hands. We connect the client with those loved ones in the Spirit World. We prove that life exists after so-called death. Remember, during these times, we are all able to make a difference. All we have to do is send healing to the world and hope – hope for the best outcome possible. We shall see what is in divine order. Blessings of Peace and Love!
