It’s Saturday. Can you believe it? I’m pretty bored. I’m guessing everyone else is too or at least a lot of you. The really cool thing about slowing down is you notice more, become more aware.
Because I live in Cassadaga Spiritualist Camp, phenomena happens all the time. Did I mention I’m in Mayberry? Quietude. One of my favorite things to do is to dust off the top of my dresser, which holds about 50 crystals and stones. I take everything off and put them back. I always take a picture of the end product because some of the crystals move. This time around three have moved at least three inches from their starting points. I love that! Don’t you? I posted a few of the pics on my Facebook Page – Life in Cassadaga Spiritualist Camp – Mayberry It Is. Phenomena happened more back in the day, the day of no television, no Internet, no phones – nothing to interfere with the happenings. I was once a historic tour guide in Cassadaga Spiritualist Camp. I have seen pictures of phenomena from the early 1900s on the walls of Colby Memorial Temple. One had a group sitting in circle with what looked like a guitar floating in the air. Can you imagine? So now that the country has slowed down, I’m betting lots of phenomena is occurring. Start paying attention to your surroundings more. It’s a perfect time to begin a daily mediation practice, especially for those nonessential workers. Teach your kids to meditate. Find guided meditations online if you’re just starting out. Lay down for it, so that you’re comfortable. One of my students saw my Facebook pics of my crystals. She decided to set her own area and took a picture of it. It’s been a few weeks without movement. I wondered if she meditated in the room. Turned out she doesn’t. She did say she felt spirit touch her arm, though. Pretty cool. Give it a try. Set and area and see if items move. Believe! Blessings of Peace and Love!
